Anakin was suppose to bring balance to the force, when in reality he brought the darkness. He is able to read minds and use the force to his advantage, but is unable to go against Loki and The Master.
He is a Jedi Knight, allowed to use if light saber during outside time, him practicing his moves and plans for the Death Star and for the Emperor.
